How I help

Build your engagement

Services stand alone or combine. Most clients start with one and add another as the business grows.

An advisor and a business owner, seen from behind, reviewing printed reports together at a bright meeting table.

Not sure which fits? Start from your problem

Pick the one that sounds most like your business.

  • Full-Service Accounting

    How often: Ongoing

I take the accounting function off your plate entirely. Payables, receivables, reconciliations, general ledger, month-end close, and financial statements, plus coordination with your tax and payroll providers. You stop chasing the books and start getting financials you can act on.

    Best when

    • The financials show up late, if they show up at all.
  • Executive Business Advisory

    How often: Twice a month

CFO-level guidance without a full CFO engagement. We meet twice a month to work through performance, decisions, and priorities, set the financial goals and KPIs that measure them, review progress quarterly, and plan the year ahead together. Between sessions, I’m available when something can’t wait.

    Best when

    • You have the numbers. You just don’t know what they’re telling you.
  • Business Performance & Accountability

    How often: Monthly

For when the goals are clear at the top but aren’t landing with the team. Once a month I work directly with the group that needs it most, translating company goals into expectations people understand and holding the follow-through between sessions.

    Best when

    • The goals are clear at the top but aren’t landing with the team.
  • Fractional CFO

How often: Ongoing, in the seat

A CFO in the seat, not on the payroll. I lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, run profitability and pricing analysis, own the KPI framework, support your banking and financing relationships, and give direction to your accounting team.

    Best when

    • Revenue is up. Cash doesn’t feel like it.
    • The business has outgrown the setup.
  • Onsite Strategic Planning & Team Alignment

    How often: Optional, in person

An optional in-person session that puts leadership and key team members in one room around the year’s goals, priorities, KPIs, and expectations, and leaves with action plans attached to names.

    Best when

    • The business has outgrown the setup.

“…A year in, it’s not an exaggeration to say it’s changed how we run the company.”

How we start

  1. Step one

    A conversation

Thirty minutes. You tell me what’s going on and what’s frustrating you. No pitch, no slides.

  2. Step two

    A look under the hood

I review your financials and current setup so any recommendation is based on your actual situation.

  3. Step three

    A scoped proposal

A clear recommendation, what it costs, and what changes. If it isn’t the right fit, I’ll tell you that.

Let’s start with a conversation.

It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Worst case, you get an outside read on your numbers.
